Good afternoon to you.

My name is Taurai and i would like to know the following: I registrered a company a year ago and we did not make any turnover as i was trying to find investor funding. I now have received approval for the business plan for my company registered here in RSA and my investor is from UAE. The amount in question is USD$10mio and my question is, what sort of questions should i prepare for from my Bank (Nedbank) and from the SARS seeing that its seed capital for my company. Is there paperwork i need to fill in over here prior to funds getting wired over to me?
