I would like to know this: I have a 3 month old daughter, the father is not taking any responsibility, he does not buy anything for the child, he does not visit the child. He works in the family business driving a public taxi that commutes passengers daily. His mother does everything for him, he has a car(Audi A3) and a rented flat in Durban. He is currently staying at home with his mother. Is he eligible to pay child support?
