Hope my mail finds you well,
My husband is currntly in prison and was assaulted by a correctional service member this morning and it is not the first time, the are moving him now to further charge for a phone which was not in his possession and the owner confirmed that it is his phone but still they are taking him to further charge which is also not the first time about a year ago they did the same and he was in further charge for 2months and due to no evidence after the hawks was called he was moved to another section. Today the same thing is happening, our question is what can we do as this feels like harrassment and what is he's right if they do not charge him within the 48 hour time period.
