Our tennant has not paid rent for several months, they have now moved out due to the fact that the lease has now expired. but have not returned the keys to the property. They have left a bar fridgec a chest freezer, a couch and bed in the property and few other things. They are not responding to any communications from us. I now have a new tennant that is keen to move in soon.

What should we do with the items that have been keft behind. Are we able to dispose of them ourselves?
